We are implementing the PA Budget to GL interface and have it working for new projects that had Budgetary Controls enabled at the time the project was created.
However, we have a large number of projects that already have existing transactions and the form will not allow us to create a Budgetary Control record because of this, and therefore we cannot interface these budgets. We are not using Budgetary Control for controlling the funds... only for interfacing budgets to the General Ledger. (I don't know why Oracle connected these two functions.)
Does anyone know of an API that will allow us to insert a row into the PA_BUDGETARY_CONTROL_OPTIONS table?
