when space pressed move cursor to save_bottun

I expect that you will have to write a Java exit to do this. Unfortunately, that is one area in which I have no development experience. There may be something in this forum if you search for 'java'. Your best chance is to go to the Oracle Forms website and look at all the Java stuff that is listed there.
