From Forms help (available under the magic F1 button in Forms builder):
| search for "popup menu" |
To create a popup menu:
- In the Object Navigator, click the Popup Menus node, and click the Create button in the toolbar. Form Builder creates a popup menu and gives it a default name, such as MENU1.
- In the Object Navigator or Menu Editor, create a main popup menu, submenus (if any), and menu items.
- Assign commands to the menu items.
- Attach the popup menu to items and canvases.
