I want use Text Item but i don't know number text item.
can anybody tell me how to create text item at runtime??????

Instead of creating columns (which cannot be done in Forms at runtime), make the text items part of a multi record block and create records at runtime.

I have block name is A. Block A include Text Item B,C. I want create text item D,E,F at runtime. Can you help me to show example for this

I told you: you cannot create text items at runtime. You can create them at design time and display them (set_item_property(item, DISPLAYED,PROPERTY_TRUE)) at runtime if needed.
