i want to create master detail form, on one canvas i have for example dept table and on other canvas i have employee table how can i create relationship between them????????/

May I suggest that you do not use two canvases, two blocks - yes, but only use one canvas.
Go to the first block, click on 'Relations' below the first block, then press the '+' 'Create' button on the left of the Object Navigator. Use the wizard, and assuming that there is a relationship between your two blocks, it is fairly straight-forward to define the relationship.
